Quick update on mine. Sent it for repair with Sony and got it back 3 days later and the click has totally disapeared! Sony did say they would cover the shipping if I took it back to the store I got it, but the store would only ship it to one service center who told me 8 weeks repair time...

Thanks. Been looking at that thread as well. My problem seems to be that they state internal dimensions as 1x SLR & x lenses. But they don't say what size SLR or lenses so when I measured mine last night it looks like it wouldn't fit in any unless I brought the biggest and I'm not after that...
