hi, A quick question.... Ha any one used close up lens... I find it listed on fleabay ujnder a tenner and they claim that .. These close up lenses enable you to get much closer than the minimum focus of a standard camera lens - mere inches from the subject! Any comments...

Its upto you what size you want to print!!! A350 you need better glass due to higher MP !! A300 10 Mp with the same sensor less noise!!! Having said that if you want to sell it after 2/3 yrs 14 mp may have better resale value!!! my 0.02 Good Luck Aj

Yep , but its going to cost you a lot in terms of cartridge esp the colour ones... In that case you can order a hard copy but I guesss it is in B/w not sure as I ordered E book which is indeed pdf... I read on my laptop with the camera on hand... cheers Ajex

Go to shop and compare live view,focussing and actual taking shot on both cameras A300 and Canon 1000 and u will make the right choice... Plus A300 lens is 18-70... cheers Aj

I see it selling for 120 dollars in the US and even with weak pound it seems to be bit over priced!! May be since we get less sunshine here on this side of the pond making Minolta 1.7 pricier:) I for one am waiting for Sony 1.4- 50mm prices to tumble!!! cheers Ajex

I bougt Tamron 70-300 DI ; was available for less than 100 quids and is a good lens for the money... have heard good things abt sigma too but a few Sigma's have faced problems on A700... Check reviews on Dyxum!!! cheers Aj
