    Major Rewrite to Photography Website

I just did a major rewrite of my photography website: AG Photo Art and Photography - Anchorage. I am looking for critique and comments. As for the changes I drastically reduced the number of photographs on the site, changed the layout, navigation, etc. The goal was to create a simple yet...

    Strobes vs. Video lights

Ok, 2 years ago when I first started out in photography, I bought myself some studio equipment. Upon setting the equipment up, my colleague who had been doing this a LOT longer than I have turns to me and says, "What made you buy Video lights instead of flash?" I said "These are video? whats...

New web addresses, same site, will it help?

Actually I think Google recommends permanent re-directs if you have moved your domain. Having multiple domains all pointing to the same domain is not going to hurt. And the keywords in your new domain will definitely help, and lets face it having a domain that is easy to remember isn't really...

Looking to upgrade my camera from Nikon D40X

That is exactly what I am trying to avoid. If you look at the larger format pictures you can really see the noise start to come out. So, I guess the D300 is not the camera for me.

Looking to upgrade my camera from Nikon D40X

Hello, I am looking at upgrading my camera from a Nikon D40X to something that is a lot better. The problem that I have been having with my camera is that it takes really poor photos in low light settings. Also am not looking to spend $5000, but I do want something that will be able to perform.

    Recent website makeover

Hello everyone I recently completely redesigned my website http://www.agphotoart.com and would like to get some opinions about it. In particular, the photography of course, the design, the navigation, and whatever else you like or dislike about it. Thanks for your input

    ANOTHER website thread!

I would have to agree with pretty much everything everyone is saying just want to add that the navigation takes too much time for me to get to whatever you are wanting to show me, and as for the pdf download, I don't think I would click on it to view pictures.
