    That seems like a lot of ground to cover over 7 days. I would suggest more time at fewer locations. For the changing of colours Kyoto would be the place to go as would Kurashiki. Kiyomizu Dera temple in Kyoto is the iconic shot and Kurashiki has Kenroku'en gardens, one of the top 3 in Japan.

    The 7s rugby has been very good to watch so far. Wish I'd seen the Chinese weightlifter live on tv lift more than 3 times his body weight in the C&J.

    I've got a verbatim media share, it has a built in SD card reader and can be attached to an external hard drive via usb3, all you need is a mobile device to connect and use the app to do the initiate the transfer. Cheaper set up than getting the Western Digital Passport external HDD

    Not a long walk to Cad West from the layby, but it's steep. The Bwlch requires a bit of walking, but nothing strenuous.
