    Metz 50 AF-1 or Canon Speedlite 430EX ll for 550D?

    I would buy the Canon too but I don't now if it's worth the extra money. The metz has the director number 50 and it has the same functions as Canon and it's made in Germany. I haven't thought about the Nissin. The Nissin is 50 pounds cheaper than the Metz and almost half the price of the Canon

    The only lens I have is the 18-55 kit lens and i don't have a real budget to buy some expensive lens this is why i look for a kind of ''all purpose lens''.

    I just bought a Canon 550d and i only have the kit lens. I've seen some photos with the 50mm lens and i like them a lot. Is there any other lens that does the same thing?
