Same, haven't seen it and have been unlucky with the weather. Pan Starrs on the other hand was seen by the eye easily in comparison. Cannot be bothered now, will wait to see if ISON makes it around the sun.

Ahhh, I don't ever bother with liveview and stick to the viewfinder. It's tough trying to photograph such a thing in the sky, so I might just stick to using a good camera phone, I'd save a lot of money at least :p

Stood in a ****ing freezing cold field west of Aberdeen last night on a truly stunning evening for over an hour. Saw nothing, absolutely nothing!!!!!!!

Ordered my new telephoto from them (my wallet doesn't thank you for the advise you gave :D) and had a similar experience, but they allowed it to be sent to my work address. Otherwise i wouldn't have ordered from them as my cards are registered to my parents address way down in England.

Oh crap, ordered my new telephoto but am working offshore so will not be able to pick it up from teh office for a week!!!
