Ideally I want to steer clear of using photoshop techniques if I can. I think it's just going to be a case of trying until I get it right.

Hi Zulupentax, Yes it would be with flash, i did add that i have 3 that can be used if thats what it takes to obtain a reflection rather than looking straight through the glass. - Hope it makes sense?

Hi guys/gals, Does anyone out there know how to or even if its possible to shoot a subject next to glass and get the subject in focus and obtain a perfect reflection of the subject too? I will add that this has to be done in darkness OUTSIDE. The room which the glass joins will also be dark...

Great that helps....so far! But.... What do i now to with the image, its been sharpened all over? It probably shows but i have no idea what im doing!

Can anyone please explain in plain old english because im as thick as a brick how to use layers to sharpen selective parts of an image? Awaiting a SIMPLE explanation.... :)
