    3D printing

As Chris says, You draw what you want in a CAD program then convert it into a file the printer can read. The simplest way to explain it is; a 3d object is sliced into very thin layers in a program then the printer just prints hundreds of 2d pictures on top of each other. The print nozzle melts...

Canon 5D MKIII official owners/users thread, anything related to the 5D MKIII

132 pages in and I would like to join the mark iii thread having very recently purchased my first full frame. Slowly going through the manual and looking for some appropriate lenses...spending more time looking for lenses if I'm honest trying to get a feel for second hand prices...they're all...

You can then get used to your new body and decide if it's worth getting new glass at a later date. I'm in a similar situation and am going round in circles....

    Hello From Southport

Thank you all for your welcome, I'll try and not get hung up and am looking forward to relearning/up dating some of the theory and kit advancements that have occurred but it's really confusing. When thinking of updating the camera body there is always something just that little bit further...

I'm looking at getting back into a bit of photography and learning (re-learning) how to spend hours with equipment that isn't affordable. :) Popped into a local camera shop whilst waiting...
