If money is an issue, theres nothing wrong with using a shoot through umbrella. If its the fitting you are after knowing then any standard S fit softbox will do.
I've owned the tamron 24-70 f2.8 for about a yr now, its the lens I use 90% of the time. 1st thing I noticed about it was how sharp it is, I used it for about 7 months on a crop sensor body and noticed very little vignetting. I have to say when I used it on my 5dkm3 the 1st thing I noticed wide...
I feel really lucky atm, 2 days ago via a work discount scheme was going to put £1000 on a jessops card but delayed as I had not shopped about for the product I needed.
Today I told the wife, we need to get the card for 10% off, which is alot if you plan on spending alot. we logged into the...
I would use frequency separation technique, where you separate into 2 layers 1 is the detail and the other the colour, then working just on the colour layer brush over the glare with the clone brush (set to that layer only). Youtube frequency separation, there is plenty of tutorials.

Well done James, not sure I will get any time to enter this 1, another cracking shot tho :)
On the lego 1 if I had time to do a 2nd edit I was going to do the lego pirates storming the walls etc, sadly no time :(
I have to say Graham, its a great shot and so many different ideas and ways to go about editing it. Hopefully this image will get lots of entries. BTW whens the finish date/time for this?
Oh and something totally unrelated has signatures stop working as mine seems to have?
lots of pp, I could type it all out or you could goto youtube and search "dragan effect" which looks like a very similar style of pp. Be advised once you start to mess with your images like that you may find you lose hrs of your life :p
I have used PS for yrs now, and recently tried LR4. I'm finding LR4 not to my liking for editing but its really useful for cataloging and rating my images as a way of deciding which ones I cut and which ones I edit.
I visited this place back in the 1940's and took a very similar image, however it was the rainy season and some flooding had occurred.

This was a quick do, if I have the time I will try and do a more elaborate edit :)
