    Does anyone have any experience of these lenses, I'm waiting for one to arrive (nikon fit) and am a little curious as I haven't heard of them before? Thanks John

    I took the plunge with this and bought it, and yes it does, and with the aperture held open the metering works as well. My example was well used and the focusing ring feels a little sloppy. John

    I've just bought a Nikon d80 body and have the loan of an 18-135 DX Nikon lens. Any suggestions for a cost effective general purpose lens, I seem to get on with the zoom lens on loan, my photography will include some technical close ups, portraits and mainly general pictures. Any suggestions...

    Hello, I'm English but living in Finland and have finally traded my old coolpix 995 in for a used D80! The site was recommended to me on another forum I use. I'm really only dabbling in digital photography, but I have a hankering to try some old black and white 35mm! Regards John
